Most shampoos undo an oil treatment in a single wash. This one does not. Shikakai and reetha do the cleaning, supported by a mild coconut-derived surfactant so it still lathers enough to feel like a shampoo.

Wet the hair thoroughly. Take a coin-sized amount, work into the scalp, not the length. Rinse and repeat only if you have oiled heavily. Follow with the hair oil on the ends if your hair is dry.
