Damaged or wrong items
Send a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the item at our cost, no questions asked.
Change of mind
Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is yours; the refund is processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us.
What we cannot take back
Opened soaps, opened oils and used combs, for hygiene reasons.
How refunds arrive
Back to the original payment method. Bank timelines add 3 to 7 working days.
