Return & Refund Policy

At AVK Dr Naturevedaa, we take care to deliver genuine and quality products. Due to the personal-care and hygiene nature of our products, returns of opened, used or partially used products are generally not accepted.

1. Eligible Returns / Replacements

A return or replacement request may be considered for: wrong product received, product received in damaged condition, product received with leakage or significant damage, manufacturing or packaging defect (subject to verification), or product missing from the delivered order.

2. Reporting a Problem

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, along with your order number, photographs/videos of the package and product, and a description of the issue.

3. Product Condition

For an eligible return, the product should generally be unused and in its original packaging. Opened or used personal-care products may not be eligible for return except where required due to a verified defect or applicable consumer rights.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will generally be refunded through the original payment method. The time taken to reflect may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for change of mind, personal preference regarding fragrance/colour/texture, opened or used products, damage caused after delivery, or incorrect address/contact information provided by the customer. This does not affect rights available under applicable law.

6. Replacement

Where approved, we may arrange a replacement subject to availability, or an appropriate refund/alternative resolution if unavailable.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible — an order already processed or dispatched may not be cancellable. No cancellation charge will be imposed contrary to applicable law.
